Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a vendor to provide aviation fuel delivery at Fairbanks, AK. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract, and the vendor must provide the best value product that meets the specifications. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, and the maximum award amount will not exceed $250,000. The vendor must be registered at the System for Award Management (SAM) website as an active vendor by the time an award decision is necessary.
• The contract requires the delivery of aviation fuel to the FWS Airport Hangar and Float Pond Road location.
• The vendor must provide a quote showing unit and total price on company letterhead with UEI No. and point of contact phone number and email address.
• The vendor must comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and the Department of the Interior Acquisition Regulation (DIAR) clauses.
• The vendor must provide a copy of the FAR provision 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications --Commercial Items with applicable sections completed.
