Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) McKean, is seeking a contractor to provide subsistence items for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026. The required items include various food products such as beans, rice, pasta, and canned goods. The contractor must be able to deliver the items within the specified timeframe, from April 1st, 2026, to April 24th, 2026. The contract type is firm-fixed price, and the Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal regulations, including those related to food safety and handling.
• The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price quote for each item.
• The contractor must deliver the items to the FCI McKean Warehouse, 6975 Route 59, Lewis Run, PA 16738.
• The contractor must provide a sample of product prior to award for perishable items, if requested.
• The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions specified in the solicitation, including those related to payment, invoicing, and contract administration.
