El Metro Transit Facility Phase 1A

The City of Laredo is seeking bids for the construction of the El Metro Transit Facility Phase 1A. The project includes the construction of a bus wash and fueling facility, as well as other related work. The facility will be located at 1801 Jacaman Road, Laredo, TX 78041. The project requires the construction of a new building, including foundations, walls, roof, and finishes, as well as the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The project also includes the construction of stormwater drainage systems, including catch basins, drop inlets, and trench drains. • The project requires the use of precast concrete catch basins, concrete masonry unit catch basins, and cast-in-place concrete catch basins. • The project requires the installation of frames and grates, as well as the construction of a cast-in-place concrete base pad. • The project requires the use of reinforced concrete pipe, as well as the installation of pipe fittings and accessories. • The project requires the construction of stormwater culverts, including pipe culverts, joints, and accessories. • The project requires the use of concrete pipe, as well as the installation of pipe fittings and accessories. • The project requires the construction of stormwater drains, including precast concrete catch basins, concrete masonry unit catch basins, and cast-in-place concrete catch basins. The project is expected to take approximately 365 days to complete.
