Construction Management Services for New MacDonough Elementary School

The City of Middletown is seeking a Construction Manager to provide program evaluation and pre-construction services, cost estimating, trade contract bidding/negotiation, and construction phase services for the renovations and additions to the MacDonough Elementary School in Middletown, Connecticut. The Construction Manager will serve as the Constructor and will be "At Risk." The proposal documents can be obtained from the Purchasing Office, and all questions concerning the proposal should be directed to the Office of the Supervisor of Purchases. • The City of Middletown reserves the right to waive any defect in any proposal and to reject any or all proposals. • The Construction Manager will be responsible for providing all necessary services to complete the project. • The proposal must include all required documents, including a staff matrix, GC matrix, non-collusive statement, and proposal pages. • The bid must be signed by the bidder to be accepted.
