REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS UNIT TURNOVER PAINTING SERVICES

The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, Maryland is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to provide turnover painting services to all HOC managed and maintained properties and scattered sites in Montgomery County, MD. The selected contractor will be required to provide painting services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes painting of walls, ceilings, doors, door frames, baseboards, and trim. The contractor will be required to use specific paint colors and materials, and to follow all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must demonstrate extensive painting services experience within the past five years. • The contractor must possess insurance coverage meeting or exceeding the requirements listed in the RFQ. • The contractor must provide a completed HOC Works Opportunities Plan with their proposal. • The contractor must attend pre-commencement meetings and provide meeting minutes. • The contractor must provide personnel identification for all staff.
