Description
The Metropolitan Council is seeking pre‑qualified specialty contractors to perform a suite of works on a sanitary interceptor and associated meter installation in the Twin Cities area. The effort includes compaction grouting beneath an existing interceptor, instrumentation and monitoring of the grouting process, removal and rehabilitation of the interceptor liner, installation of a new metering structure (Meter 228A), and any required site restoration. Contractors must submit a Pre‑Qualification Submittal Document (PSD) by the deadline to be considered for the subsequent invitation for bid.
• Compaction grouting and soil stabilization under a sanitary interceptor.
• Installation and operation of monitoring instruments during grouting.
• Liner removal, rehabilitation, and restoration of the interceptor.
• Installation of new Meter 228A structure and incidental site restoration.
• Requirement to verify subcontractor debarment status and submit PSD via QuestCDN by June 2, 2026.
