FY26 ACHD HR Temporary Employment Services - RFP

The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is seeking a temporary employment services firm to provide temporary workers on an as-needed basis. The selected firm will be responsible for providing qualified temporary employees, collecting and submitting timesheets, and providing monthly billing statements. The firm will also be responsible for deducting and remitting taxes, providing workers' compensation insurance, and administering unemployment benefit claims. The contract will be for a two-year term with a renewal option of up to 24 months. • The firm must provide temporary employment services to ACHD on an as-needed basis. • The firm must collect, fax, scan, or otherwise obtain ACHD-approved timesheets on a biweekly basis. • The firm must provide a monthly billing statement that itemizes the hours worked, wages paid, and taxes remitted for each temporary worker. • The firm must deduct, withhold, and remit all federal, state, and local taxes and insurance as required by law. • The firm must provide workers' compensation insurance for each temporary worker.
