RFP 2025-08-7810 - City of Baton Rouge Elevator Maintenance

The City of Baton Rouge is seeking proposals from reputable companies to provide maintenance, call-back, and repair services for elevators, handicapped lifts, traction elevators, dumbwaiters, and escalators located at various facilities throughout the city. The selected company will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance, emergency call-back, and repair services, including all costs associated with these services. The company must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to demonstrate its ability to perform the required work. The proposal should include a detailed description of the company's experience, qualifications, and approach to providing the required services. • The company must have a current copy of the registration and license issued by the Louisiana State Fire Marshal. • The company must provide a list of references of facilities under contract or previously under contract with similar equipment. • The company must provide a detailed resume of elevator technicians that will be assigned to perform the required work. • The company must provide a description of its maintenance plan and approach to providing preventative maintenance, emergency call-back, and repair services.
