Preventive Maintenance for Diesel Generator

The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for their diesel generator. The scope of work includes performing four quarterly services and one annual service to the listed generator and transfer switches. The contractor will be responsible for checking and maintaining the generator and transfer switches, performing repairs and replacements as needed, and providing quarterly and annual reports. The contractor must have experience with diesel generators and transfer switches, and must be able to provide factory-trained field service engineers to perform the work.
