The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to purchase two endo-vaginal ultrasound transducers compatible with existing Philips EPIQ 7 ultrasound systems. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, delivery, and any other resources necessary to furnish and deliver the transducers and associated components. The objective of this procurement is to maintain continuity of women's imaging services, support endovaginal imaging, and replace or expand the available probe inventory for patient care operations. • The transducers must be fully compatible with the Philips EPIQ 7 ultrasound system. • The contractor shall ensure that all items provided are fully functional, manufacturer-authorized, and suitable for clinical use in a hospital imaging environment. • The contractor shall provide standard manufacturer warranty coverage and any required training. • The delivery location is the Baltimore VA Medical Center, and the period of performance is 60 days after receipt of the award.
