The Virginia Contracting Activity (VACA) is requesting information for the architecture, development, implementation, sustainment, and transition services and technologies to support the Defense Counterintelligence and HUMINT Enterprise. The goal is to establish an Enterprise Data Layer as the System of Data Record Holding and Disclosure & Dissemination Engine. • The requirement is classified as "SECRET//NOFORN". • The RFI, draft Statement of Objectives, and Market Survey Questionnaire are available on the National Security Agency's (NSA) Acquisition Resource Center and the National Reconnaissance Office's (NRO) Acquisition Research Center. • The project involves the development and implementation of a data layer for the Defense Counterintelligence and HUMINT Enterprise. • The services and technologies required include architecture, development, implementation, sustainment, and transition services.
