Quonset Public Safety Building - RFP for CM Services

The Town of North Kingstown is seeking a Construction Manager (CM) at Risk with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the Quonset Public Safety Building project. The project involves the construction of a new public safety complex, which will replace the existing facility. The CM will be responsible for pre-construction, construction, and close-out services. The project is expected to start in February 2026 and be completed by December 2027. The estimated cost of the project is $29 million for Part I and $21.5 million for Part II (Alternate #1).
