The Tucson Unified School District is seeking bids for the procurement of sheet music, musical instruments, parts, accessories, and services. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose offer conforms to the requirements of the solicitation. The bidder must provide pricing for various musical instruments, including string, wind, and percussion instruments, as well as replacement cases, repair parts, and services. The bidder must also provide references and certify that they have not been convicted of false pretenses, bribery, or other crimes. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for additional years. • The bidder must provide pricing for over 50 different line items, including musical instruments, replacement cases, and repair parts. • The bidder must also provide pricing for services, including bow rehair and refurbish, electronic piano and keyboard repair, and piano moving and tuning. • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsible bid, with consideration given to factors such as brand continuity, bonding capacity, and the bidder's ability to provide for the district's needs. • The bidder must comply with all applicable provisions of federal, state, and municipal safety laws, and must take all necessary precautions for the safety of students, school employees, and the public.
