Sources Sought for EXU-1 Medical & Shooting Training

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking sources for a contract to provide Tactical Firearms Training and Combat Medical Care training to military personnel. The training will include classroom instruction and hands-on practical exercises, and will cover topics such as firearms training, combat mindset, and medical care in a combat environment. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, materials, and training sites to support the course of instruction. The training will be conducted in a location within an 80-mile radius of Indian Head, Maryland. • The contractor must provide instruction and practical training in tactical firearms and combat medical care • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, materials, and training sites • The contractor must have instructors who are former military special operations personnel or police specialized tactical and combat shooting • The contractor must be familiar with and compliant with DOD requirements outlined in OPNAVINST 3591 COMNECCINST 3591.1A • The contractor must provide course evaluation forms and a summary of the information contained on the individual evaluation forms
