DCSD SN26-001 Purchase and Installation of Cooler-Freezer at Chapel Hill Middle School

The Douglas County School System is seeking a qualified company to provide, deliver, and install a walk-in cooler/freezer/shelving at Chapel Hill Middle School. The project includes removing and disposing of all debris and providing a turn-key solution. The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in similar projects and meet the minimum requirements for liability insurance and worker's compensation coverage. The contract will be awarded to the most responsive and responsible respondent that meets the requirements and criteria set forth in the RFP. Key aspects of the project include: • Providing a walk-in cooler/freezer/shelving that meets the specifications outlined in the RFP • Removing and disposing of all debris • Providing a turn-key solution • Meeting the minimum requirements for liability insurance and worker's compensation coverage • Having at least 5 years of experience in similar projects • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act
