Description
The Wake County Public School System is seeking to establish one or more contracts for the purpose of providing occupational, physical, and speech-language therapy services to students. The services may be needed at the preschool, elementary, middle, or high school level, and some positions may require travel. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing therapy services, conducting evaluations, and documenting student progress. The contract will be for a one-year term, with the option for two additional one-year extensions.
• The vendor must be licensed to do business in the state of North Carolina and have at least two years of experience in providing similar services.
• The vendor must provide references and demonstrate experience in performing similar projects.
• The vendor must have sufficient qualified personnel to carry out the project in a timely fashion.
• The vendor must have insurance requirements as specified in the contract.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and rules.
