This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to replace an existing pavilion pergola at the Hudlow Tennis Center in Gwinnett County’s Best Friend Park. The work includes demolition of the deteriorated structure, supply and installation of new double‑beam supports, 42 decorative pergola joists, hurricane ties and related hardware, as well as pressure‑washing, priming and painting of the completed pergola. The contractor must manage debris disposal in compliance with EPA and local solid‑waste regulations, protect adjacent glass doors/windows, and provide a staff member capable of communicating with county personnel on‑site.
