Description
The US Army Garrison (USAG) Italy is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal Army Community Service (ACS) consolidated support services at USAG Italy in Vicenza, Italy. The services include Front Desk Customer Service, Relocation/Lending Closet Support, Bilingual (English/Italian) Assistance, Host Nation and Benvenuti Orientation Tours, and Language Instruction. The contract will be a single-award, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. The source selection will be conducted using the Highest Technically Rated with a Fair and Reasonable Price (HTR-FRP) methodology.
• The contractor must provide a minimum of one contract reference demonstrating recent and/or relevant experience.
• The contractor must have a comprehensive approach to managing subcontractors.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Italian employment law requirements.
• The contractor must provide a detailed Staffing and Personnel Management Plan.
• The contractor must have a Quality Control Approach that demonstrates the practical application of the methodology.
