Description
The City of Lynn is seeking competitive sealed bids to provide city‑wide grass cutting and related landscaping services for all municipal parks, schools, traffic islands, and designated cemetery sites. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, and materials needed to maintain the landscaping in accordance with detailed specifications. Bids may be submitted on any subset of the bid groups; the lowest price in each group will be awarded.
• Scope includes mowing, trimming, debris removal, and any ancillary landscaping tasks outlined in the specifications.
