Description
The City of Los Angeles, Sanitation Bureau, Public Works is seeking a consultant to provide management support services for the Safe Clean Water Program. The consultant will support program management, administration, and performance, as well as provide technical support services. The scope of work includes tasks such as program management, prioritization and planning, and technical support services. The proposal will be evaluated based on criteria such as qualifications, experience, and expertise, personnel qualification, technical approach, project management approach, and competitive fees and costs.
• The consultant will provide program management, controls, and performance support.
• The consultant will provide planning support, funding support, and construction review.
• The consultant will provide technical support services, including SCWID dashboards and as-needed technical support.
• The consultant will be required to conduct mini outreach for task order solicitations.
• The consultant will be required to submit a proposal that includes a candidate resume, individual cost breakdown by task, and estimated time breakdown per task.
