Fire Trucks, Ambulances, and Other First Responder Vehicles

The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) is seeking proposals for the sale of new and used first responder vehicles, including fire trucks and ambulances. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation, which means that the contract will provide for an indefinite quantity of supplies/services during a fixed period of time. The solicitation is open to TIPS members throughout the nation, and there is no specific project or scope of work to review. Instead, this solicitation is for prospective award for utilization when any TIPS member needs the goods or services offered during the life of the agreement. • The solicitation is for the sale of new and used first responder vehicles only. • All parts and services should be offered under the corresponding 260405 solicitation. • If you currently hold TIPS contract 230404, you must respond to this solicitation to prevent lapse of contract unless you hold another current TIPS contract that covers all of your first responder vehicle offerings. • The awarded contract will replace the expiring TIPS contract 230404.
