This indefinite‑delivery, indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) solicitation seeks vendors to provide a broad range of sports‑facility and surface products and related services (e.g., seating, bleachers, lockers, gym floors, synthetic turf, lighting, scoreboards, netting, ticketing equipment, etc.) to public agencies, schools and non‑profits that are members of the EPIC6 cooperative. The agreement will run for five years (Nov 1 2026 – Oct 31 2031) with an annual renewal option, and multiple vendors may be awarded. Pricing must be offered on a “equal‑pricing” basis to all members, and the vendor will pay a 1.5 % fee on invoiced sales. No guaranteed purchase volume; awards are based on price, availability, and delivery. • Open to manufacturers, distributors, and service providers of sporting‑facility equipment and related goods. • No specific project scope – vendors will be called upon “as‑needed” throughout the five‑year term. • Submission deadline Oct 1 2026 3 PM CT; questions due Sept 22 2026 3 PM CT. • Contract term 5 years with optional annual renewal; termination possible with notice. • Vendor fee 1.5 % of sales; no guarantee of order volume. • Multiple vendors may be awarded; pricing must be uniform across all EPIC6 members.
