Albany State University Website Rebuild, Redesign, and Maintenace

The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, on behalf of Albany State University, is seeking a qualified vendor to completely redesign, rebuild, and maintain the university’s public web presence and intranet. The work must be performed within the existing ModernCampus content‑management system and must meet rigorous functional, accessibility, branding, and security requirements. The contract will begin upon award and run until the end of the State fiscal year, with up to four optional one‑year renewals. • Full redesign and redevelopment of www.asurams.edu, www.asugoldenrams.edu, and an internal intranet site, using the ModernCampus CMS. • Migration of all existing content (≈1,500 pages), implementation of mobile‑first responsive design, WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, embedded media, analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, GTM), and a faculty‑expert directory with searchable fields. • Delivery of training, documentation, and a dedicated annual‑retainer resource for ongoing website management and support, plus a mandatory on‑site presentation on June 15, 2026.
