Description
The State of Colorado, Department of State (CDOS) is seeking a petition management application software system for signature verification and electronic petition review of election petitions. The system should be able to load and process multiple petitions, import voter registration data, and provide real-time dashboard and auditing capabilities. The contract is expected to start on July 1, 2026, and end on December 31, 2027, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year periods. The system should meet specific requirements for different types of petitions, including candidate, initiative, recall, and minor party qualification petitions.
• The system should be able to verify signer information, including registration status and party affiliation
• The system should be able to generate reports, including signature row adjudication, circulator/notary, and duplicate signature reports
• The system should be able to provide real-time dashboard and auditing capabilities
• The system should be able to export petition data for electronic upload into the statewide voter registration database
• The system should meet accessibility requirements, including compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
