The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) seeks a qualified, licensed small‑business firm to provide comprehensive, year‑round lawn‑care and sprinkler‑system maintenance for the Port Central Office Building (PCOB) in Jacksonville, FL. The contract is a 100 % Small Emerging Business set‑aside, awarded to the lowest‑priced responsible bidder, with a one‑year base period and up to three one‑year renewal options. All work must be performed outside normal business hours (weekends or after 6 PM on weekdays). A mandatory pre‑bid meeting is required, and bidders must submit a weekly price that will be annualized.
