The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide annual and entry‑level psychological evaluation services for VA Police Officers at the Richmond VA Medical Center. This IDIQ‑style contract will award work on a per‑evaluation basis with a total ceiling of approximately $9 million over a possible five‑year period.
• SDVOSB‑only set‑aside – only Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned firms may submit.
• Requires licensed doctoral‑level psychologists or psychiatrists holding a Virginia professional license (or PSYPACT‑approved APIT/TAP).
