Description
The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive Intranet Quorum (IQ) Support Services and Software Maintenance. The goal of this solicitation is to obtain services from a contractor who will provide the requested licenses/services to maintain the current environment for FY27 and optional renewal years. The contractor will be responsible for providing IQ Project Manager/Supervisor, IQ Senior Network Engineer, IQ Enterprise Support, and Software Maintenance Annual upgrade subscription. The contractor will also be required to submit reports, maintain records, and provide data security.
• The contractor must have experience in providing similar services
• The contractor must have a strong understanding of the Texas Department of Agriculture's requirements
• The contractor must be able to provide a detailed project plan and schedule
• The contractor must be able to provide a cost proposal that is based on the best value for the price proposed
• The contractor must be able to provide a draft project plan that details how they will provide or implement the requirements of this solicitation
