Description
The Pentucket Regional School District is seeking bids for the framing of the interior administration building. The project includes the renovation of an existing building on the campus of Pentucket Regional Middle High School. The work shall start on the date indicated on the Notice to Proceed in the Agreement Section of the Contract and proceed on a continuous basis as needed until complete. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The project requires a mandatory site visit on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
• The bidder must provide a bid deposit equal to 5% of the total value of the bid.
• The bidder must provide a payment bond in the amount of 50% of the contract term within 20 business days after notification of acceptance of the contract.
• The bidder must provide commercial general liability insurance, automotive liability insurance, worker's compensation, and employer's liability insurance.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage rates and safety and health regulations.
