Description
The City of Tampa is seeking contractors to construct an aquifer recharge system at the Howard F. Curren Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant. Phase I includes one recharge well and one monitoring well; Phase II adds four additional recharge wells and four monitoring wells, totaling nine wells. The project budget is $32 million, and all plans and specifications are available electronically. A non‑mandatory pre‑bid conference and site walk‑through will be held on September 29, 2026.
