12 Guard1 Software and Equipment

The Commonwealth Technical Institute at the Hiram G Andrews Center is seeking to procure the Guard 1 Plus Professional Edition and accessories. This is an invitation for bid and will be awarded at low cost. The proposed vendor must have the ability to represent and support the Guard1 Software Solution. The Statement of Work covers the requirements for the supply and delivery of the Guard1 software, peripheral equipment, and annual software maintenance and any warranties as listed. Key requirements include: One (1) GUARD1 Plus Professional Edition Software, Two (2) The PIPE Touch Button Reader, Two (2) USB Downloader, and other equipment. Annual Software Maintenance and Support Services will also be required. • The contract term shall commence on the Effective Date and shall end in one year, with the option to exercise up to four additional one-year terms for annual software maintenance and support services. • The vendor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, insurance, delivery fees, and all items necessary for the completion of the project. • The unit price must include all costs, and the Commonwealth reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as needed. • Invoicing requirements include accurately billing the Commonwealth for actual services rendered, submitting invoices within 10 business days of completed service, and complying with Commonwealth practices for supplier payments.
