The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, is seeking a vendor to provide Kosher items for the 3rd Quarter of FY2026. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price, and the evaluation factors are Price and Past Performance.
