Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) - Pressbox and Sports Field at Eddie C Moore Complex

The City of Clearwater is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the renovation of the Eddie C. Moore Complex fields 1-4 and multi-purpose fields east and west. The selected firm will provide preconstruction and construction management services. The project includes the renovation of the pressbox and sports field. The City is looking for a firm with experience in CMAR delivery, pressbox and sports field construction, and public outreach and communication. The firm should have a demonstrated history of working together on CMAR projects of similar scope. The City will evaluate proposals based on firm and project team qualifications, procedures and processes, project approach and understanding, and public outreach and communication plan.
