Multi-Project Federal Construction Administration Support

The City of Bellevue is seeking a qualified firm to provide Construction Administration Support services for an assortment of capital projects with Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and other United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) funding. The selected firm will support the Contract Administration group, which is led by the Sr. Contract Administrator. The contract will be for 2 years in duration with the option for the City to extend it for additional time and money if necessary. The firm should have expertise in administration in federally funded projects, state and federal grant requirements, and software utilized such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Build. • The firm should have at least 5 years of experience administering public works construction projects in compliance with federal and state grant requirements. • The firm should have knowledge of federal and state laws, rules, and regulations controlling budgetary, fiscal, and contract procedures and documentation. • The firm should be able to provide high-quality deliverables, meet required deadlines, manage and prioritize workload across multiple projects. • The firm should be familiar with public works projects following the WSDOT LAG Manual, Standard Specifications, and other applicable publications. • The firm should have expertise in state and federal grant requirements, local, state, and federal environmental requirements, and Davis Bacon and L&I Prevailing Wage Rates.
