Multifamily Contractor Network

This solicitation establishes a NYSERDA‑managed network of qualified contractors who can be selected by multifamily developers, owners, and their representatives to deliver energy‑efficiency and electrification services under various NYSERDA programs. Contractors must meet certification, insurance, and experience requirements and submit either a full or shortened application that is scored against a points rubric. Accepted firms are listed publicly and may receive project‑specific work orders (TWOs) funded through NYSERDA or federal programs. • Service categories include energy assessments, climate‑resilience design, multifamily support, and installation of ASHP/GSHP systems. • Applicants must provide documentation such as licenses, insurance certificates, W‑9, participation agreement, case studies, staffing plans, and category‑specific technical deliverables (e.g., ASHRAE Level II/III audits). • Scoring requires a minimum of 80 % of points for full applications (≥ 80/110) or 80 % for shortened applications (≥ 24/30). Successful contractors join a public “Participating Contractor Network” and may be awarded individual project contracts on a rolling basis.
