PROVIDE MEDICAL REVIEW OFFICER SERVICES FOR THE PARISH’S SUBSTANCE USE

The Parish of Jefferson, Louisiana is seeking qualified medical professionals to serve as Medical Review Officers (MROs) for its substance‑use program. The contractor will conduct drug and/or alcohol testing, review results, provide medication review, and may serve as expert witness in legal or civil service matters for employees and prospective employees. The work must be performed from an office located on either the East Bank or West Bank of Jefferson Parish and includes maintaining a staff of at least one physician, two medical assistants, and one support staff member. Submissions are limited to a Statement of Qualifications (General Professional Services Questionnaire) and a Human Resource Management Questionnaire, to be filed electronically by October 30, 2026. • Provide MRO services: test result verification, medication review, record review, consultations, and expert testimony. • Must hold a current Louisiana medical license and MRO certification (SAMHSA). • Office must be physically located within Jefferson Parish (East or West Bank). • Minimum staff: 1 physician, 2 medical assistants, 1 support staff; staff must be trained in drug/alcohol testing procedures. • Evaluation based on qualifications, experience with >2,000 employee populations, past performance, staffing, cost, and understanding of scope. • Submissions via Jefferson Parish e‑procurement portal; no paper submissions accepted.
