MS Quitline Vendor Services

The Mississippi State Department of Health is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive Quitline services for eligible Mississippi residents. The selected vendor will provide counseling, resources, and cessation support to individuals seeking to quit tobacco use, promoting healthier lifestyles and reducing nicotine dependency statewide. The Quitline will serve as a central access point for statewide tobacco cessation support, utilizing evidence-based practices and strategies to improve cessation outcomes. The vendor will be required to provide 24/7 access to a telephone Quitline, multiple communication channels, and highly-trained Tobacco Treatment Specialists. The vendor will also be responsible for developing and disseminating personalized quit plans, integrating resources and referrals for additional support services, and tracking and reporting Quitline usage data.
