Budget estimate

$800,000 – $1,200,000

The solicitation does not disclose a total contract value. Estimating based on the volume (240,000 gal/yr) and typical commercial rates for JP‑5 bulk transport (≈ $3.5‑$5.00 per gallon including handling, permits, insurance, and equipment), the revenue could range from roughly $840,000 to $1,200,000 for the 12‑month period. Factors influencing the final amount include negotiated per‑gallon pricing, standby/laytime charges, and any additional demurrage or incident costs.
