Description
The State of Hawaii, Department of Health, is seeking a contractor to provide electrical services at the State Laboratories Building. The scope of work includes replacing lighting fixtures, installing new outlets, and converting existing outlets to meet specific requirements. The contractor must possess a valid Hawaii State electrical contractor’s license and use only licensed electricians for the work. The contractor must also be properly insured and provide a Certificate of Insurance.
• Replace 4 Jelly Jar lighting fixtures with LED equivalents in the 1st floor chemical storage area
• Replace faulty Light switch in 2nd floor room 2502
• Install new 5-20R duplex connect to panel 2WPN, provide and install new breaker switch in 2nd floor room 2509
• Convert 5-20R to 6-20R connected to panel 2EMCB, provide and install new breaker switch in 2nd floor room 2122
• Convert 5-15R Duplex (GFCI) to 5-20R Duplex (non-GFCI) in 2nd floor room 2122
• Replace faulty 5-20R duplex in 3rd floor room 3604
• Replace 5-15R with 5-20R in 3rd floor room 3406
• Install 3 new 5-20R Duplex (1 double gang box and 1 single gang box, 3 separate circuits) connected to panel 2EMFQ, provide and install new breaker switches in 3rd floor Admin Desk area
