OLV Terminal Dr Utility Corridor Construction

The City of Olive Branch is seeking bids for the construction of the OLV Terminal Dr Utility Corridor. The project includes the installation of new water transmission mains, gravity sanitary sewer, and sanitary sewer pump station. The work shall also include site restoration and the abandonment of existing water mains. Bids will be received for a single prime contract, and the city anticipates awarding to the lowest and best responsible bidder. • The project consists of approximately 2,813 linear feet of new 8-inch PVC water transmission main. • The project includes 1,045 linear feet of 8-inch PVC gravity sanitary sewer and one sanitary sewer pump station. • The work shall include the installation of new water distribution piping and appurtenances. • The project requires the installation of eight new manholes and one sanitary sewer lift station. • The bids must remain in effect for 60 days after the bid opening date.
