Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk is seeking a contractor to provide restrooms, hand washing stations, and shower trailers in support of the Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron (MSRON) 4. The contractor will be required to provide eighteen (18) PORT-A-JONS, eight (8) handwashing stations, and three (3) heated shower trailers, each equipped with eight shower stalls, climate-controlled water supply, lighting, and sewage system. The contractor will also be responsible for servicing the units daily, providing cleaning stations, and picking up the units upon expiration of the contract. The period of performance is from April 17, 2026, to April 25, 2026, with installation and breakdown/retrieval taking place on specific dates.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and materials for the services.
• The contractor must have valid base access at the time of quote submission.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Minimum Wages Under Executive Order 14026.
• The contractor must provide a schedule with distinct definable features of work to complete the entire scope of work within the allotted time.
