RFP 26-008 Retention Pond

The City of Fairburn is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to perform cleaning, maintenance, and sediment removal for two retention ponds located at Woodland Hills Pond #1 and Woodcliff Court Pond #2. The scope of work includes removing trees, brush, and roots, disposing of trash, and backfilling holes in the ponds. The contractor will also need to recompact and seed the entire pond area. * Removal of trees, brush, and roots on pond slope, dam, rim, floor, and access easement * Disposal of trash, stone filter ring, and riprap around metal half round retrofit * Backfilling holes in ponds * Backfilling and compacting area behind OCS to cover the exposed pipe * Removing brick supports for OCS top and replacing with concrete pedestals * Grouting pipe to headwall downstream of OCS * Recompacting and seeding entire pond area
