The City of San Francisco is seeking qualified contractors to provide a suite of construction‑related services for the Candlestick Point Outfall and South Surcharge phase. The contract will be structured as an indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) or task‑order award covering equipment rental, site services, and specialized work. Bidders must meet stringent local‑hire, Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation, and prevailing‑wage requirements, and must certify San Francisco LBE/SBE status.
