Description
The University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) is seeking a vendor to provide commercial and residential laundry services for its on-campus residence halls and apartments. The vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and supervision required to maintain high-quality laundry facilities. The contract term is for five years, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. The vendor will be required to provide brand new Speed Queen Quantum washers and dryers, as well as in-unit laundry equipment, and will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment. The vendor will also be required to provide customer service and respond to any issues or concerns that may arise. Some key points to consider include:
