The County of Alameda is seeking a contractor to provide laundry and linen services for the Alameda County Sheriff's Office - Coroner's Bureau. The contractor will be responsible for providing protective linen and laundry products, including scrub tops, scrub bottoms, sheets, and towels. The contractor will also be responsible for picking up used soiled lines, textiles, and garments, and returning clean products to the ACSO-CB. The contract term will be three years, with the option to renew for an additional two years. • The contractor must have at least three years of experience in providing commercial or industrial laundry and linen products and services. • The contractor must possess all necessary permits, licenses, and professional credentials. • The contractor must provide a dedicated account manager to meet with the ACSO-CB or other designated County staff as required. • The contractor must provide laundry services that include spotting, laundering, disinfecting, pressing, mending, folding, and packing of all inventoried items provided by ACSO-CB. • The contractor must provide rental of clean linen, garments, and all items listed on the bid form for the entire term of the contract. • The contractor must maintain a weekly inventory of ACSO-CB linens at its facility at all times.
