Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to provide labor and materials for the replacement and repair of elevator components for three elevators at FCI Gilmer. The contractor will be required to supply, replace, and install various components, including non-periptery MCE controls, power unit motors, key-activated fixtures, and car operating panels. The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract, and the Government will award the contract to the responsible and responsive offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and provides the best value to the Government.
* The contract will require the contractor to perform work at FCI Gilmer, located at 201 FCI Lane, Glenville, WV 26351.
* The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection.
* The contractor will be required to provide a statement of work and a pricing schedule as part of their offer.
* The Government reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any informalities in the offers received.
