Intent to Sole Source - Support agreement to maintain management of EKG services

The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center (NIH-CC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Philips North America LLC for the maintenance and management of EKG services. The IntelliSpace ECG Management System is used to view and interpret EKGs of all patients, and the contract will include preventative maintenance, repair services, technical support, software updates, training, loaner equipment, and probe replacement.
