Description
The City of Madison Community Development Authority is soliciting bids for the reconstruction of a HUD apartment unit following a vehicle impact. The project includes full restoration of all impacted building systems and finishes. Contractors must field verify all site conditions prior to submitting a bid. The bid must include all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, inspections, overhead, and profit. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
• The project requires lump sum pricing and includes all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, inspections, overhead, and profit.
• The bid must include unit pricing for framing, brick, drywall, flooring, electrical, and plumbing.
• The contractor is responsible for coordination of all trades and must provide a detailed project schedule with milestones.
• The project must comply with HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and all applicable local codes.
• The contractor must maintain a safe and compliant jobsite at all times.
