Description
The Greene County School System is seeking proposals from general contractors to provide landscaping services for its properties. The services will include maintenance of the school system's grounds, including mowing, trimming, and other related tasks. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to perform the work. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for additional years. The school system has approximately 7-8 acres of mowable/landscaped areas at its Central Office complex, 30 acres at its high school and middle school sites, 16 acres at its elementary school site, and smaller areas at other locations.
• The contractor must have experience in providing similar services to large institutions or organizations.
