Description
The State Retirement Agency is seeking a Master Contractor to provide SecureAuth, a user account authentication management software. The contract will be for a COTS Software Master Contract, with an option for installation and training services. The agency is looking for a responsive and responsible contractor that can provide the most advantageous offer considering price and evaluation factors. The contract will be for a period of 3 years, with the option to purchase more or less than the specified quantity. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for the manufacturer and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer.
