The United States Air Force intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Texas Management Associates (TMA) for the repair/overhaul of F-16 Radar Absorption Panels. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside and is not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The repair/overhaul must be accomplished with materials and procedures in accordance with Lockheed Martin part drawings and T.O. 1F016C-3-3 53-21-01. • The NAICS code for this requirement is 336413. • The size standard for this requirement is 1,250 employees. • The contract is part of the Air Force Repair Enhancement Program (AFREP) per Air Force Instruction 21-123. • Texas Management Associates (TMA) and Aerospace and Commercial Technologies (ACT) are the only vendors approved by the United States Air Force to repair/overhaul F-16 Radar Absorption Panels.
